Annually BKV asks our customers how satisfied they are about our people and our services. We do this through the proven Net Promoter Score methodology. In addition we hold personal interviews with customers that we have a structural collaboration with, as part of our partnership agreement.

The average 'rate' that our customers gave us in 2016 is a 8,1 out of 10.

We are of course very happy with that! All respondents said they would recommend us to a well-known contact of theirs and that they experience the contact with our consultants as very pleasant.
