If you are not satisfied with the services provided by BKV, you can use this complaints form to inform us. Your notification enables us to further improve our services.
On the complaints form, you can state if you wish to initiate the formal complaints procedure. If you submit a complaint, you will be updated on the proceedings of the complaints procedure. A report of dissatisfaction will be processed internally, and you will only receive a confirmation of receipt of your report.
